ADVANCED MEDIATION

The 20-Hour Advanced Mediation Course is designed for mediators ready to deepen their practice. This IMA-approved course (pending approval by Idaho State Bar) explores advanced techniques including managing resistance, breaking through impasse, addressing cultural and emotional dynamics, biases/ethics and maintaining neutrality under pressure. Through interactive discussions and realistic role plays, participants will strengthen their ability to handle complex cases with confidence, fairness, and professionalism.
