Trauma-Informed Mediation*

Research tells us seven in ten people have experienced trauma. Trauma impacts and changes the brain in ways that should not be ignored when mediating. In this course, students will explore trauma causes, reactions, and principles that will help mediators move clients more effectively through the mediation process.
