Training includes: * A refresher of mediation in general mediation and negotiation skills * Opening statements again  * Getting past impasse – no is just the beginning * Ethics     * Skype mediations    * Agreement writing   * Victim Offender Mediation     * Trauma informed mediation * Role plays

Dates: March 13th, 14th, and 15th, 2020

Friday session is 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Saturday and Sunday Sessions are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Cost: $400 or $375 early bird - early bird due by February 14th, 2020
