• Tax implications of spousal support (specific requirements of what should be put into decrees

• Tax implications of cashing out retirement accounts and how those should be handled in divorce decrees.

• Meet-and Greet with Ada County Parenting Time Evaluators: Professionals interested in conducting Parenting Time Evaluations will be available to discuss their services following the presentation.
